SYNOPSIS

Retired detective Tone tries to control every movement of people living in his building. He is a grumpy old man, who spies on his neigbours and records everything on his dictaphone. Every day is a well-known routine until a new lady, Milena, moves in. Tone's clumsy efforts to win her affection begin.
