SYNOPSIS

A man is unable to tie his laces. His tie comes undone, his wig slips, his jacket unbuttons itself and his collar tightens. He redoes his tie, adjusts his wig, but his laces come undone. He finds himself in a circle of men who can’t tie their laces.
