SYNOPSIS

There is yet another a blackout in Sia-Luo Village. The chorus of insects and frogs is in full swing all over the evening fields. Some villagers complain, curse and swear in front of the broken electric pole. An employee of the electric power company who has a strange face will disclose the secret of the blackouts.
