SYNOPSIS

This is the story of Kobra Najjar, an Iranian woman, and a mother of four. She was forced into prostitution by her own husband to support his heroin habit. After many years of surrendering herself to his demands, one of her clients fell in love with her and killed her husband. Arrested for murder and adultery Kobra Najjar served 12 years in prison. After waging pleas and letters to the government Kobra Najjar lives to tell her dark tale of love, secrecy, injustice and freedom.
