SYNOPSIS

Ancient cheese-making facilities demonstrate the making of the blue cheese 'fourme' as it used to be produced. A meticulous reconstruction of life in the 'jasseries', the stables-cum-dairy-cum-dwellings where the cheese-maker lived next to his animals and produced his cheese.
