SYNOPSIS

Bir-Hakeim, the renowned maquis was formed with Spanish republicans, German antifascists, and French patriots of all religions and ages. On May 27th, 1944, the Kommandatur of Mende, in Lozère, is warned that rebels are in the town of La Borie.
