SYNOPSIS

Haunted by debt and dangerous money lenders, this Middlesbrough community decides to fight back. In the midst of industrial decline and government cuts, Barbara, Simon and Elaine have had enough of seeing people suffer and decide to help themselves by forming their own bank - for the people.
