SYNOPSIS

Enter one of the last Galician canneries where the entire canning process is still performed manually and traditionally. Over the course of one day, we witness the full range of processes involved. Smoke, vapour and repetitive mechanical noises form a symphony amongst the fish, the machines and the expressions on the faces of the workers.
