SYNOPSIS

A bastard son of unknown mother comes with his foster family to live in the countryside in the state of São Paulo. We explore the changes in population fluxes, internationalization and technology in the last century. Memories related to borders, fragments of Joyce’s “Exiles”, immigrant stories, and images are pieced together to compose a mosaic about the feeling of not belonging.
