SYNOPSIS

Former rioter and now community activist Joe Farrag tells about the events surrounding the 1981 Toxteth riots and the death of David Moore. The riot forced a "U-turn" on a government ideology which ignored inner-city depravation and consigned many working-class communities to the scrap heap.
