SYNOPSIS

Patients in a psychiatric hospital wake up to discover the charge nurses have abandoned ship. They decide to confront once more the world outside. Through the town, which is also deserted, their madness guides their footsteps. When normality no longer exists, those that we took for mad increasingly seem strangely sane.
