SYNOPSIS

In the sixties and seventies - when Greece became a holiday destination - many emancipated Western European women visited the country. Kosta Rapadopoulos, a very special documentarist, travels through Greece on a quest for the fabled "Kamakia" – the Heroes of the Islands - , who gave themselves away in order to meet the special needs of these "foreign" women.
