SYNOPSIS

"When I arrived here I kissed the land... For me Lampedusa is like gold". The Italian island of Lampedusa lies halfway between Africa and Europe. Thousands arrive here every year in wooden fishing boats from Libya hoping to make it to Europe. A group of teenage survivors are trying to make sense of their incredible journeys.
