SYNOPSIS

One night, under a full moon, ELEMI, the electricity pole, becomes infatuated with Mr Takahashi, the electrician. One day, pretending she is human, she decides to ring him. They become good friends making contact almost everyday over the phone. However, this contact is forbidden in the law of electricity poles. Eventually, ELEMI is summoned to court...
