SYNOPSIS

One block from the Plaza Echaurren in Valparaiso is the Salvation Army, an institution that aims to meet the needs of homeless people who come there. Aicon Jorge, the captain of this place, is rebuked by a homeless man who claims to be expelled from the place every time he does not have money.
