SYNOPSIS
Fernand, an illegal immigrant from Mali, decides one day to return there. Tall, stooped, a warm look, his expression alternately delighted and suspicious, according to the atmosphere of the peninsula Château Rouge Goutte d'Or, he sits on his throne, at the Petit Myrha or at the Atlas. He wants to be deported.
