SYNOPSIS

Gaudeloupe, the day Barack Obama takes office. Nine-year-old Filéas receives a feather from the hands of a Caribbean Indian. But when no one wants to play cowboys and Indians with him, he decides to ask the new president of the United States, whom he sees on tv.
