SYNOPSIS

Chung, a tow truck driver, makes a living by towing away cars parked in prohibited areas. Lian, an art teacher, has a gift for seeing things in this chaotic world and feels guilty for her occasional illegal parking. When they meet, Chung is touched by Lian's purity and simplicity.
