SYNOPSIS

Night falls on an oriental palace deep in the desert. Women and slaves lead Lubnazad to her bridal chamber. Promised against her will to Zakaria, the simple prince of Merzoug, Lubnazad must perform the nuptial rituals. She is confronted by a snake, Shassad, and the two agree on a pact.
