SYNOPSIS

In 1952, Alexandre Robatto Filho, a cinematic pioneer in Bahia, filmed a beautiful record of the grandiose xaréu fishing, an activity that was very common in Boca do Rio. Today this area has been completely urbanized and incorporated into the city of Salvador in Bahia. This film revisits the region in search of memories and stories of an old and a new Bahia.
