SYNOPSIS

Francis Alÿs, "El Belgicano", a Belgian Mexican, in the top 10 of contemporary artists, painter, video-maker, interventionist, and in some way an alchemist, settled down in Mexico City fifteen years ago and made the megalopolis a custom-made laboratory for his unending quest.
