SYNOPSIS
Buenos Aires is crying over its flourishing past gone by. But 75-year-old Humberto del Moral hasn't lost his taste for life. He has become a shoe-shiner for a living, but deep in his heart, he is a "tanguero" who keeps on singing, dancing and celebrating his cherished city, his "querido" Buenos Aires.
