BIOGRAPHIE
Sinem Kayacan is a visual artist, originally from Istanbul and based in Helsinki. She holds an MA degree in Filmmaking and she is currently a doctoral candidate in the field of Contemporary Art. Her works focus on embodied and sensual forms of knowledge production, and the concepts of performance and performativity. She lectured at the university level for several years on artistic concept development and videography subjects and exhibited her work internationally.
