Andrea Bifulco is a director and screenwriter born in Naples in 1997. His training in the audiovisual field begins with the three-year course of "Photography, Cinema and Television" at the Academy of Fine Arts of Naples, then continue with the two years of specialization in "Cinema", graduating with honors in both cases. In the academy he has the opportunity to be followed by professionals of Italian cinema, such as Stefano Incerti, Cesare Accetta, Francesca Amitrano, Massimo Martella and Davide Franco, that stimulate him to deepen and also experience other aspects of the profession such as editing and the role of the operator at the camera. In these years he started a collaboration with Carlo Frigenti and Lorenzo Catocci, with whom he created several projects, including short films, music videos and advertising videos. In addition to writing and directing some short films, in 2019 he directed his first feature film written with Carlo Frigenti, entitled "Abusive Race", made by students of the Academy and other Neapolitan film schools. After a lot of artistic and technical experimentation, he participated in several independent short films in the direction, photography and production department. In 2023 he obtained his Master’s degree in "Dramaturgy and Cinematography" at the University of Naples Federico II and attended the High Specialization Course in Film Directing held, by Marco Bellocchio through the Fare Cinema Foundation. Meanwhile he works on the sets of the TV series Rai and Netflix "Mare Fuori" and "Inganno".
