Née en 1997 en Centrafrique, Prunelle SAKOFIO est sélectionnée en 2021 pour participer à la formation CinéBangui, dans le département image. Au cours de celle-ci, elle est cheffe opératrice sur le film Pas Avant Le Bac de Emmanuella LALANGA et écrit et réalise son premier court-métrage À 45 ans.
