Dascha Petuchow (1996, Karaganda, Kasachstan) started gaining her first experiences in the field of script development at SUTOR KOLONKO e.K. during her studies of communication design at the RheinMain Wiesbaden, Germany. She participated in the East-West Talent Lab 2020 of the GoEast Film Festival and subsequently shot her first short film "Empty Nest“. This film premiered at exground filmfest in late 2021 and was shown at visionale Hessen 2021 and IM.KASTEN Lüneburg. She wrote her first feature film script "Frozen Oranges“ at the HessenFilm sponsored screenwriting seminar Club 23. Afterwards, it was pitched by her at the 42nd Film Festival Max Ophüls Preis at the Marketplace Screenplay. In the meantime Dascha Petuchow also gained set experience on the feature film "Mother“ by Carolin Schmitz (SUTOR KOLONKO e.K.). She graduated with the short feature film "Chewing Gum", which was supported by the Special University Graduation Film Grant of HessenFilm. In 2021, she co-founded the production company Plotlessfilm in Wiesbaden. Currently, she continues to work on the script for her debut film „Where we're going“ .
