Vida Skerk

BIOGRAPHIE

Vida Skerk is a student of Film and TV Directing at the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb, Croatia. She was born in Trieste, Italy. She is the author of a dozen short films, both documentaries and fiction that were screened at multiple festivals. Her graduate short film "Night Ride" was recently shown at the BFI Flare festival in London, and the Premiers Plans festival in Angers where it won the Student Jury Award. It has also been awarded the prestigious „Oktavijan“ award by the Croatian Film Critics' Association.
