BIOGRAPHIE

Karina Grinstein, 52, is an Argentine director, scriptwriter, photographer and producer. She studied at the National School of Dance and the National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts. She started her art career in 1995 as a photographer of theater shows. From 2003 until now, she has designed actor books and reels in her studio in Buenos Aires, to help actors start their film career, writing more than 50 scripts. She has also held several workshops on acting. 'El Chicle' is her debut film. To produce this film - at no cost - five actors, nine extras and twelve technical experts believed in her screenplay and her directing skills. They all participated with professionalism, talent and passion.
