BIOGRAPHIE

Tahmineh Bahram received her Masters in Drama Literature from the Tehran University of Art & Architecture in 2002 and has since been screenwriting and directing documentaries. Most notably, she was the co-screenwriter of “Zalava” (2021), a feature film directed by Arsalan Amiri, which won the Best Screenplay and other awards at the 39th Fajr Film Festival in Iran. The film also won grand prize at the 36th Venice International Film Critics Week and FIPRESCI award at the 78th Venice International Film Festival.
