BIOGRAPHIE

I am artist & filmmaker from Dublin, Ireland. My art (Photography & Film) are concerned with topics of a phenomenological nature. Themes of identity (personal & social), being, time & perception are integral components of my audio-visual practice My interests lie in exploring how the current socioeconomic climate and technological progress, shape and influence the modern individual. My interests lie in exploring certain existential themes, such as freedom, choice and moral responsibility. All works will focus on aspects of personal, social and cultural identity and seek to raise questions about contemporary life In 2015 I graduated from the University of Kent (Paris) with a Master's Degree in Film Philosophy & Aesthetics. Whilst in attendance I specialised in Spectator Engagement, Modern Cinema & Modern Art and studied under a number of ore-eminent Cognitive Film Philosophers. During this time, I spent a semester researching at the prestigious Cinematheque Francaise. Prior to this I graduated from the University of Wolverhampton with a First Class Honours Degree in Film & Video Production.
