BIOGRAPHIE

Theo is a multi–awarded film director, based in Crete, Greece. Born in South Africa, Theo studied film in the UK and returned to his homeland to create inspiring work for film and TV. He has directed 4 TV series (80 episodes), including "The Island" the series with the highest ratings in the history of Greek television, as well as documentaries, short films, and numerous commercials and thought-provoking videos that have gone viral. He is inspired by everyday people who somehow manage to emerge as superheroes through their everyday struggles. He believes that filmmaking is a somewhat uncontrolled process and creativity flourishes when you are open to the unexpected.
